Your access to TaraChat may be limited or terminated if you violate these terms or misuse any part of the service.

When using TaraChat, you agree that you will not:
- Mistreat or target other users through bullying, harassment, threats, intimidation, abuse, humiliation, defamation, stalking, or any other conduct intended to cause fear, harm, distress, or discomfort.

- Promote or facilitate illegal activities, including providing instructions, resources, or other information intended to assist another person in committing an unlawful act.
- Use content belonging to others without authorization, including copyrighted works, trademarks, confidential information, trade secrets, patented material, or other intellectual property when doing so would violate the rights of its owner.
- Interfere with the experience or operation of TaraChat, including flooding rooms, spamming messages, intentionally consuming excessive system resources, disrupting communications, exploiting service errors, or engaging in activities that interfere with another user's ability to use TaraChat.
- Send unwanted commercial or promotional content, including advertisements, mass solicitations, promotional campaigns, referral spam, or other unsolicited commercial communications, unless expressly permitted by TaraChat.
- Use TaraChat in violation of applicable laws or regulations, whether the violation occurs directly through your actions or through content, communications, transactions, or activities conducted using the platform.
- Attempt to access, reproduce, modify, or exploit TaraChat's technology without authorization, including its software, source code, systems, databases, interfaces, security mechanisms, or other proprietary components.
- Reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to derive the underlying technology of TaraChat, including decompiling, disassembling, translating, modifying, copying, creating derivative versions of, or incorporating TaraChat software into another product or service without written authorization.
- Pretend to be someone you are not, including another user, TaraChat employee, administrator, moderator, host, helper, official representative, or any other person associated with the platform.
- Attempt to bypass account restrictions or security controls, including circumventing bans, suspensions, access restrictions, authentication mechanisms, or other measures implemented to protect TaraChat and its users.
- Introduce harmful technology or code into TaraChat, including viruses, malware, malicious scripts, automated attacks, or other mechanisms designed to damage, disrupt, monitor, or gain unauthorized access to the service, user accounts, or devices.
2. Your Content and Conduct
You remain responsible for the material and communications you submit through TaraChat. You should exercise appropriate judgment before sending, uploading, or sharing anything with other users.
You must not use TaraChat as a means to threaten, deceive, exploit, harm, or unlawfully target another person.
3. Moderation and Account Actions
To maintain the integrity and safety of the platform, TaraChat may review reports of suspected violations and take action when appropriate.
Depending on the circumstances, TaraChat may:
- Remove or restrict access to content;
- Issue a warning;
- Temporarily restrict specific features;
- Suspend an account;
- Permanently disable an account;
- Restrict access to the platform; or
- Take any other reasonable action necessary to protect users, the community, or TaraChat's systems.
TaraChat may take immediate action when conduct presents a significant risk to users, the platform, or others.
Where legally required or appropriate, TaraChat may provide relevant information to competent authorities in connection with suspected unlawful activity.
4. Protection of the Platform
You agree not to interfere with TaraChat's infrastructure, security, functionality, or availability.
You may not attempt to obtain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, databases, APIs, administrative functions, or other areas that are not intended for your access.
You also agree not to use automated tools, exploits, or unauthorized methods to manipulate the operation of TaraChat or obtain an unfair advantage over other users.
